What happens after my free trial?
After your 14-day free trial ends, you can choose to subscribe to any plan. Your recordings and transcripts remain accessible. If you don't subscribe, your account will be downgraded to a limited free tier with basic functionality.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new rate takes effect immediately with prorated charges. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as a recording hour?
Recording hours are counted from when you start recording to when you stop. Processing time for transcription doesn't count against your hours. Paused time is not counted.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. For Enterprise customers, we can arrange invoicing with NET-30 terms.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees for any of our plans. You only pay the monthly or yearly subscription fee.
What happens to my recordings if I cancel?
If you cancel your subscription, you'll have 30 days to export your recordings and transcripts. After that period, your data will be securely deleted in accordance with our data retention policy and GDPR requirements.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes, we offer special pricing for non-profit organizations and legal aid providers. Contact our sales team to learn more about our non-profit program.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.
